Free delivery may apply for promotional campaigns or orders above a certain value.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Intimate wear or sale/clearance items (unless defective).
Refunds will be issued only for eligible returns.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you requested an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped after approval of the return.
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item received, EMORE’ Clothing will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to size or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
